The third edition of this essential guidebook for long distance hikers contains the most current Florida Trail information, including notes on water sources, undesignated campsites, resupply options, and trail town details with a post office listing and phone numbers for accommodations and transportation resources. There are mileage charts for each region and section of the trail, making it easier to pre-plan your long distance hike, be it a week-long trip or a full-blown thru-hike. Trail town maps are included for all major towns within ten miles of the trail. As the trail changes, updates to this guidebook are posted on the Florida Trail website.
